Our mission is simple: to provide safe, compassionate, and knowledgeable recovery support during one of the most important stages of your surgery journey — healing. Our team is made up of experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and trained post-operative specialists who understand the physical and emotional needs that come with cosmetic surgery recovery. We provide private luxury concierge recovery care, meaning we travel directly to our clients’ Airbnb, hotel, or home to assist them during the early stages of healing. This allows our clients to recover comfortably in their own space while receiving professional, one-on-one support. Whether you are traveling alone for surgery or simply want peace of mind during recovery, our team is here to ensure you feel safe, supported, and cared for every step of the way. ⸻ What We Do After surgery, proper care is critical. The first few days of recovery can be physically demanding and require attentive monitoring, mobility assistance, and specialized care techniques. Our recovery specialists provide hands-on assistance, recovery guidance, and lymphatic drainage therapy to help reduce swelling, support circulation, and promote a smoother healing process. We work closely with each client to ensure they feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their recovery. From the moment you leave the surgery center, our goal is to make sure you are never alone during the most important stage of your healing journey. ⸻ Our Recovery Care Services Include Our personalized recovery care services may include: • Assistance settling safely into your recovery location • Vital sign monitoring • Medication reminders and assistance • Mobility support and hourly walking assistance • Hydration and light meal preparation • Assistance with compression garments binders and fajas • Post-operative comfort support and positioning assistance • Incision care guidance (following surgeon instructions) • Emotional support and recovery guidance • Overnight monitoring (depending on package selected) Every recovery plan is designed to provide professional care while allowing clients to heal comfortably and privately. ⸻ Your Recovery Matters The care you receive after surgery can make a significant difference in how smoothly your recovery progresses. CANCELLATION POLICY

At Snatch Me Up Recovery, our concierge recovery services require reserving dedicated care specialists and blocking private care time exclusively for each client. Because our services involve advance scheduling and limited availability, we maintain a strict booking and cancellation policy. By placing a deposit and reserving recovery services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. ⸻ Deposit Policy All recovery services require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your recovery dates. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: • Change of mind • Personal schedule conflicts • Travel changes • Financial circumstances • Choosing another recovery provider • Electing not to proceed with surgery Once a deposit is placed, your recovery dates are reserved exclusively for you and removed from our booking calendar. ⸻ Remaining Balance The remaining balance for recovery services must be paid 14 days prior to the scheduled surgery date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in: • Cancellation of the reservation • Forfeiture of the deposit • Loss of the reserved recovery dates ⸻ Client Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their reserved recovery services more than 30 days before their scheduled surgery date. However: • Deposits remain non-refundable • Any remaining unpaid balance will be canceled. ⸻ Cancellations Within 30 Days Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled recovery services will result in: • Loss of the deposit • Up to 75% of the total reserved services being charged This policy is enforced because recovery specialists and schedules have already been reserved. ⸻ Surgery Rescheduling We understand that surgeons may occasionally reschedule procedures. If a surgery date is changed by the surgeon, clients must provide written documentation from the surgery center or surgeon confirming the new surgery date. Once documentation is received, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule recovery services based on availability. Please note that availability for new dates cannot be guaranteed. ⸻ Last-Minute Surgery Rescheduling If a surgery date is changed within 7 days of scheduled recovery services, a $150 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee covers administrative scheduling adjustments and staff changes. ⸻ No-Show Policy If our recovery specialist arrives at the scheduled location and: • The client is not present • The client cannot be reached • The location is inaccessible The appointment will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the reserved services will be charged. ⸻ Late Arrival or Delays If services are delayed due to client-related circumstances, the scheduled care time will still begin at the originally reserved time. ⸻ Recovery Location Requirements Clients must provide accurate recovery location information (Airbnb, hotel, or residence) at least 48 hours prior to services. Recovery locations must be within 10 miles of the surgery center. Locations outside of this radius may require an additional travel fee, which will be determined based on distance. ⸻ Early Termination of Services If a client chooses to end services early after care has begun, the full reserved service amount remains due. Reserved care time cannot be refunded once services have started. ⸻ Minimum Care Reservation Snatch Me Up Recovery provides private concierge post-operative care, which requires reserving a dedicated care specialist exclusively for each client. For this reason, all recovery services require a minimum reservation of 8 hours of care. This allows our team to properly monitor recovery, assist with mobility, support post-operative needs, and ensure clients receive the highest level of care during the critical early stages of healing. Once services begin, reserved care time cannot be shortened or refunded. ⸻ Agreement By booking services with Snatch Me Up Recovery, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policy.
